These numbers cannot be ranked on a single waterproof figure, because brands do not agree on what to publish: Gore reports breathability as RET and gives no per-garment hydrostatic head, Rab publishes MVTR in g/m²/24h, Patagonia publishes neither for H2No, Berghaus publishes both.
